This is a very difficult image to take in; the title doesn't seem to fit for me. I have a hard time trying to determine what is the main focus of your image. I mostly see leg in the shot; nothing that seems to relate to breathing.
Did you crop out the top section of the photo?

No, I cropped out some of the bottom. She was reading a book, and that was the position she was in, so thats why the title is as it is.

the only thing i can relate to breathing is the plastic looking stuff up top. maybe as in "i cant breathe but id like too. maybe its just me, but i dont get it
