I need tips on how can I improve my skills on shooting in a film. (like angles when two people start talking and others)

What I currently have here is Canon 80D and a Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 and the software editing I use is Sony Vegas 13 (15 is still kinda buggy) and some Adobe Premiere Pro CC (im still little confused using premiere)

For cinematography they use what they call a "2 shot".
Your broader query can only be answered by writing a few books.
    Some people did just that.
