I really like these effects, seem very warm to me, how do I produce it?

It is mainly the time of day they were taken. Also, the second one may have used a strobe on the left side of the photo. Also, they look desaturated a bit.

Several ways it can be done. Here are two:

1. Open a curves adjustment layer and lower the blue curve, like this:

or, 2. Open a B&W adjustment layer, tick the "Tint" box, and set a yellow tint. Then reduce layer opacity until you see what you want. (This method will give you a slightly desaturated look.)

Yep, that's a current popular look that photographers are copying left and right.

So much for originality. It's like the high school senior I shoot a couple of months ago that told me, "I want my pictures to be unique.
I want them to look just like my sister and her best friend's pictures looked like when you did their's last year."
