Ice, Snow and a new Lens equals..

How wide was your angle?
In the second photo the horizon looks bowed. Funny effect.

That beach DOES look cold. My. Brrrrrr!

But I like to see a frozen, snow-covered beach like this for a change.

I think my favourite is Photo 3.
And I am not so very fond of the placement of the jetty/horizon in Photo 1. Too centred, and maybe you should have brought the ladder, after all, to be able to divide the jetty from the horizon. Think of it the next time you go ... bring that long ladder and someone to hold it for you ... or the telescope arms, maybe :greenpbl:

Thanks lafoto, I was using a 17-85mm efs canon lens with is. I appreciate all your comments.

Three is definatly my fav too, I wanted that shot when I was driving on Saturday, but couldnt get it. I wonder how it would have looked without the snow/ice/clouds??
