Identifying Locations for Commercial Photography Shoots

Hi,
Does anyone have information on what the best way is to go about identifying and securing a location for a commercial photo shoot? The company I work for often does shoots on white seamless and then uses Photoshop to combine images with stock backgrounds. This isn't always the best approach so I'm wondering if there are services out there that specialize in identifying and renting locations that meet the criteria for the shoot?
