It's probably right in front of me, but I can't find it. Where is the "mark all threads read" button?

Or try in your Quick Links list, second down.

When you're in a forum you have to click the Forum Tools link in the top right. A box pops up and you select Mark Forum Read. That'll mark all threads in that forum as read.

When you're on the index page down the bottom in the centre of the screen is a link along the lines of Mark Forum Read. That will mark the entire forum/site as read.
