Whether it is a necro is only relevant if it's a specific question, like "My lever on the left side of this camera is broken, what do I do?"
For generic "favorite lenses go!" discussion, it matters not the slightest bit if the thread was from yesterday or from 1987. In fact, the range of different lenses would be really interesting if it were from 1987!

My lens on body in bag is the 17-40 4.0. My 85 & an 70-200 are a close second and third.
