Im sad

cause we had to put our dog, Radna, to sleep last night. And i cant tell you how much that sucks. She was a lovely dog, with a mind of her own. Pretty annoying sometimes, but that just came with her personality. She was almost 12 and things just started to go from bad to worse. We made the decission to put her to sleep before the real pain would come.
So Rest In Peace Radna. You were the best pet ever :thumbup:

Sorry to hear that, It's a hard thing to do. I had to put my dog down 2 weeks before Christmas.

I'm very sorry to hear this. We also have an older, and much slower little guy that is showing his age. We need to help him up and down steps these days. He doesn't seem to be in pain, but takes life a lot slower these days. We have had him since he was about 6 weeks old, now over 15 years. All too soon we will make the same decision you did I'm afraid. I dread that day.

I can't get this out of my mind. I read it a few hours ago and it brought tears to my eyes, and every time I think of it, I tear up again. Our little Tazz has numbered days, and I just can't bring myself to think of that day. He is really the best dog, no the best friend I have ever had. His last day will be a sad one around here. We have other dogs, but none will ever be as close to Cathy and I as my little old man. I better stop now, and dry my keyboard.
I really am very sorry for your loss. I hope your little Radna gave you as much love and happiness as our little Tazz has us. Bless her little heart, I am sure she is in a good place now.
