I've used the 622c TX & RX and they've worked great for what I needed them to (speedlites). They also worked with my strobes.

Can't speak to the 603 though

I love the 622's. The 603's HSS only allows up to 1/320th. The 622's go up to 1/8000. That's what sold me.

another vote for the 622 (but the cheap manual 603 triggers are good)
