In the USER CP, what is a 'New Subscribed Thread'?

When I go to the USER CP, the main page has a section that lists 'New Subscribed Thread'. What is the difference between that and my subscriptions under 'List Subscriptions'. Is the 'New Subscribed Thread' just the most active ones within a certain time frame? I know this question sounds retarded.

Yes it displayes new posts in the threads you are subscribed to; so its a great way to keep up to date with changes in the forum. For a place like TPF (which is large!) I find subscribing to everything a much easier to way to checkup on things when I come back.
