its hard to say, I guess after taking in the whole sceen in person, its hard to crop it down and still be happy with it.... Im just weird like that...

But this photo is anything BUT weird.
It is straighforward and shows industry photography at its best, I think, i.e. at dusk and with some interesting lights on.
All the lines are level ... the lights could have been more like stars with a smaller aperture, that would have appealed to me more, but all in all... Have you explored more angles then? So we might get to see the remains of the refinery behind that building here?
