Infrared modified Nikon Coolpix 950 for sale

I hope it's not inappropriate to post links to ebay auctions here, but I wanted to make sure any interested photographers saw this.

I'm selling an infrared modified Nikon Coolpix 950 digital camera on ebay. The camera has had it's internal infrared-cut filter removed and replaced with a piece of clear glass. The result is that the camera can take infrared photos at "normal" shutter times and works in full automatic mode as well as manual.

The camera is in good working shape and is a lot of fun to just experiment with or take really stunning infrared photos without a tripod or even a lot of light! That's pretty cool actually. Might have to butcher a cheap digital camera to try this
