Inidan Corn / Flint Corn

Oh good and off topic area and I need to get some help from other minds. I did a search and looked for "Things to do with Indian Corn, besides decorations" nothing, I tried all kinds of searches, nothing. I finally searched cooking Indian Corn and found Grits (I don't know or eat hominy grits), soup with beef stew meat, not all bad? Hint: corn and meat for a minimum of 2 1/2 hours.

And finally popcorn, which I love. However I'm a bit skeptical because, white popcorn has thin hulls and is much better than yellow, and then there's some strawberry which is small and not so special in my opinion. I learned something new today: Zea mays everta, "corn turned inside out"

Indian Corn Popcorn? Hmmm?

Anyone know any other ways to cook this, or should I just stick with pretty pictures of colorful corn?

You will be disappointed, Pete, the inside is the usual colour
and it is only the grain envelope that is different tonal shades.
Once popped, it looks like it was chilli flavoured.
