To my eye, yes.

For me yes, the shot lost defintion with all the color saturation.

I also found myself looking at the big pine tree in the middle where, I think your subject was the cute dog...maybe some cropping?

I would agree with the other two... too much saturation... And it's hard to focus on the dog because it's barely into the picture.

yup, its overly saturated...colours are bleeding

The green looks radioactive. It should be fixable by pulling the saturation down some.
