The Oculus is the most expensive train station in the world, having cost over $4,000,000,000 ! It is located in lower Manhattan, near where the World Trade Center stood. a6000

The entire building is, in effect, a skylight, only baffled by the struts that mark out the sides and walls. It did seem brighter inside than outside.
