not sure on your skill level so if i teach gran ma to suck eggs .. sorry
Shutter speed : depending on your camera, FF or crop censor
have a shutter speed at least in your case 600/100 sec and times this by 1.6 for a crop sensor MINIMUM
If you can shoot raw and jpeg: this will give you options quick and easy with j peg and the option to do much more with a raw image
