~ Iron & Stone ~

Whilst walking a boundary line o' an old farmstead with me camera this morn, I discovered these iron fragments in an old stone wall. Likely the remains o' some agricultural equipment, their texture and strength were consistent with that o' the stone, their form and rusted red coloration was in stark contrast.
