Is it dieing?

Well I just noticed a few things wrong with my beloved D2H.... Most recently the flash wont sync at 1/250 anymore. I thought it was the trigger's batteries but it could sync with my newer D50 at 1/500. And I am coming up on the 100,000 shutter actuation :sad anim:

So is it me or do you think it might be going down the tubes? I cant afford having to go down to 1/100 to sync my flashes. Or am I doing something wrong? (Has this happened to you?)

Get it serviced, for heaven's sake. This far down the line, any camera would need it.
