Yes -- you need to go into a graphics editing program like Photoshop, open up "Levels", and drag the highlights slider until you start bumping into information. Right now you're suffering from a lack of contrast more than anything.

It is as much too dark as your other sunrise photos presented here are. Sorry to say so.
Ryan says the right thing: information in your photos' histogrammes only just starts to show beyond the point for midtones, which is WAY too dark.
