Watch out for the runner on the bottom left. He's banging his head on the frame!
Never have persons face the frame when you put up a collage. Watch for them to either look or walk or in anyway BE towards the centre of your frame.

Except for that big blurry space to the right of your dad in the middle (which isn't really a problem since it's just background blur), this is good. Corinna's advice really makes a very positive difference.

I really like the image of you and your dad - the photo on the bottom row, 2nd from the right. Just that image alone, with adjusted WB, framed, would be a lovely gift.
