Is this a good lens?

I just bought a Sigma 28-70mm DG Lens Canon EOS for my Rebel XT.

Has anyone used this lens?

Your thoughts on it?

I'm happy now since all the people in those reviews loved it and they all paid $300 +.....I got it for $70

If anyone else is interested in these for that price look on ebay there is a guy with some great stuff really cheap and they all have warranties, too.
