I'm glad you asked because I've been looking at this too, and a few others similar on amazon. Different reviews imply it seems to be good for beginners.

Great if you want to shoot portraits at high ISO with big apertures, going by the price JUNK your better off with proper flash lighting

Well I guess you can try and get it, it's fairly cheap but just remember the old saying : you get what you pay for.
