Is this the right crop?

The first one is the crop that I chose to do on this picture the second is the original photo...Do you think there is a better crop in there besides this one?

Keep the top the way it is, crop the bottom.

IMO #1 looks to tight, i'm guessing it's about a 3X1 format, did you try 2X1 format that would show more sky and water

I would crop the bottom, the reflection in the water does not stand out or do anything special in the original. I would try removing it while leaving the sky (top) and see how that looks.

Uncropped is much better, for multiple reasons. First, it lets both the hill and it's reflection fit completely, and second because whenever possible I find the 4x6 crop MUCH more pleasing to look at.
