No seriously, abraxas may have a small point... stop looking at why you cannot, and look at things why and what you CAN do.
I work 14 hours a day *minimum*, 7 days a week, am in a serious relationship, have friends, am a member of a kickboxing club, , jiu-jitsu club and starting tonight Tai-Chi and still find time to photograph. Know what? I may not do it for hours everyday, but I do a minimum of 4-6 hours a week dedicated JUST to photography, even when I am stumped, its never for very long... use your imagination!
I see someone who is "stumped" as someone who has hit a wall and doesn't want to break through it. Use it as a way to take a break from photography or use it as a way to push yourself to the next level. Whenever I fall into ruts, I get excited... becuase I *KNOW* some serious new changes and challenges are coming, becuase I make them happen!! The words "can't" "won't" or "do not know how" do NOT exist.
Want a little challenge? Find a piece of wood, like a small 4 X 4 inch square, make a hole in it... place a PEN in it... now, do what it takes to IMPRESS yourself. Take pictures of NOTHING but that pen for 3 days... in different places angles, indoors and outdoors, in different light conditions. In 3 days I bet you will have learned more about photography and lighting than you realized. Now take that knowledge and apply it to LANDSCAPES, and then maybe ANIMALS and later, PEOPLE.

I just gave you enough material for 6 months!
Good luck!
