Jesus likes Halloween?

So it's Halloween afternoon and I'm out for my afternoon walk through the neighborhood. I'm walking past the crazy pink-flamingo lady's house and see the cat in the basement window watching me so I decide to grab a snapshot.

This morning I'm looking over the photos and I see it -- smiling Jesus in the window. Look in the lower window pane top center -- see him? So does this mean Jesus likes Halloween, Jesus likes crazy pink-flamingo ladies or Jesus likes cats?

I'm more taken by the visual of all those flamingos with the Charlie Brown Halloween tree, and that awesome pink-handled sledgehammer than I am by the Jesus/Manson dude in the window!
