Up on Capitol Hill in Seattle. On Broadway, right across from Seattle Central College. Two of my sons live nearby, on about a block away, and the other about 2 blocks away.
Lovely city, and since the Sound Transit was finished, it's remarkably easy to get around without a car. And everywhere, there's something worth photographing.
One of the interesting things I found was the tolerance of the citizens of Capitol Hill, for the mentally ill. Walking my son's dog in the early morning, I saw a few cases of a person, clearly disturbed, screaming abuse at someone, a trolley, or a building, with everyone else walking by as though nothing unusual was happening.
