This is car in the High Speed shop. Well I would not consider it a car since its just the shell. Anyways I thought this was a cool photo. Johnny Vegas is the owners son. He builds and paints custom cars. He has had his work shown at the SIMA car show in Vegas thus where he picked up this name.
