JPEG Conversion Problems

Hey guys,
Im new to this site, and I am also quite new with HDR photos. Ive tried my first HDR today, and the photo came out very nice. I want to convert it from .hdr to .jpg so I can upload it to flickr and other sharing sites. Sorry if this is a repeated or stupid question, like I said.. Im new!

What is it you are trying to do exactly?

My question was, how do I save it as a jpeg format. Turns out I had to adjust something and the save as option opened up. I got it now.

to answer your question (correct me if i misunderstood you)- the file extension is not ".hdr" it's usually .tiff or someting like that
open it up in photoshop, do the last part of corrections (various sharpening, color correction..) and save it as jpg.
