Just a quick Hello

Hello all. Just found this forum after doing some general seraching on google...everyone's favorite search engine of course....

Just made the jump from P&S to SLR a couple days ago when I bought and received my brand new Nikon D50. Have snapped off a couple of playing around images that I thought I would share.

Looking forward to reading and learning about this hobby that I hope to one day call my job.

1.) My wife's puppy doggy hamming it up for my new camera.

2) Another shot of the dog, yes I love him to death also....

3) A shot I took while downtown waiting on the bus to go to the job that supports me for now....

Thanks, but that is not NY heheh that is Campbell and Broadway in downtown Louisville Kentucky

hehe...sorry...maybe my first look at this pic was a bit too short..:blushing:

Just saw "broadway" and i remembered how cool my last NY trip was, so i just thought it would be NY.

but anyway....cool pic..and hope some more will follow...:mrgreen:
