Just got my camera and I'm ready to go!

Hey guys, looking forward to reading and learning here

I just got my first decent camera in the mail yesterday. (canon t2i with kit lens, and the cheap 50mm)

I also got some other things I thought I would need like a tripod with a fluid head, some filters, lens hoods, and the like. My main ambition is to learn to shoot proper video with it, but photo opportunities happen a lot more often so I'll probably be taking plenty of photos too. I've have plenty of learning to do, and I'm excited to play with my new toy
