Used HDR to play up texture of the stone. I really like this group. Notice the scales of justice resting on the fasces, symbolizing authority derived from the union of the states, and the Phrygian cap on Constitution personified, symbolizing the revolution that overthrew monarchy for the rule of law.

Very nice. I'd clone out the nonessential and distracting buildings and trees in the lower right. That little bit of cleanup would create additional impact. While you're at it ... just slightly burn in the building to make it a shade darker than the statues.
