Juxtaposition and Coolness

i like the story idea - i think it is a good one!

the pic of the white dots (what are they?) and the cityscape looks beautiful. the bus stop one also looks very 'lost in translation'-esque....

Yey! My first comment on this thread. No-one seems to want to comment on this one!!!

The white dots are catseyes which i managed to light up with the camera's LED (REC light). I was very pleased with it. In night time shots i think that only a few things should be shown. Definately DO NOT use a flash!

Oh yeah, the bus stop one also came out really well. It is gratifying when a picture comes out better than you had expected...

yeah thatd make sense.

i just like the bus stop one for its intense darkness. 12 and 17 appear to adopt that technique also.

you appear to be a distinguished night time photographer.

erm...it is Harvery Nichols in Edinburgh. My brother works in a shop around the corner from it and that was taken when i got bored in my car.

Maybe it is the car you recognise - been in a Chrysler Voyager??

Yes, I naturally think so too. I am most proud of 14. It looks like something off a Celine Dion album cover. Not that that is a good thing but I like it so neh neh neh neh neh.

I once went to a zoo, was bloody cold, all the animals were shivering, a lion was so cold he wore a zebra like a coat, the zebra didn't mind much, he liked the attention. The only animal that wan't too bothered was the polar bear, he loved it, dancing all over the place, "o what a beautiful morning, o what a wonderful day", the zoo man had to put him down... i never was the same after that trip to the zoo

Why is the cctv pointed at the penguins, are they in prison, what did they do wrong... the zoo is sick...
