The blacks seem to be gone. Feels like you lifted an undereposed image a lot to show us what's there. I'd use a curves adjustment to put the black tones back down.

It's an interesting structure!

I tried to save your blacks a little, adjusted the highlights, sat, noise reduction, and I think that was it.

I like your first one, but the skyglow is gone. It's an urban shot, and deep black sky isn't what you get.
