Lack of Color assignment

I swear you guys, my brain has died.... This time around I need help with Lack of Hue/Color or Lack of saturation..

"Look for situations which lack hue saturation. Look for the subtleties htat would make the image different from the same in black and white."

Any suggestions?

find something that is naturally monochrome. something that, to the viewer, looks like black and white, but was actually taken in color.

good options are:

buildings
cemetaries
any architecture

Hmm, that might work for the monochromatic assignment I have coming up... I've got some awesome ideas for that one... and shooting through a curtain or piece of fabric would be an excellent ida... Thanks!!
