Hey! I am trying to figure out how to make grass feel "touchable" in a photo. Tips please!!!! Thanks!

Too much contrast! Trying to figure out how to make grass look so real you feel like you can touch it. In the process, I always wreck them. I still have the image in the original format so I can start from scratch again.

Given that this is already a first edition of your original photo, it'd be easier for us to try and help you if we could see the original. With this version up and about, the first everyone sees is the colour of the sky, which is all --- funny, to say the least, and many a viewer's eye will get stuck to that sky...

Duplicate layer, put top layer in screen mode, do a heavy gaussian blur, adjust layer strength. You could of course be more selective...

Thanks! When you say adjust layer strength do you mean adjusting the strength of the blur. Thanks again!

Strength of the layer, of the blur, whatever gets you the look you like. -S

Shadow/highlight adjustment, curves, unsharp mask, saturate flowers.
