Leaf Valeo 22 and the Mamiya?

So I just came across a leaf valeo 22 for 1k and in my opinion that's a steal. It's a v mount, but the problem I'm facing is I don't know if its compatible with the adapter I have now. I have phase one v mount adapter on my rz67 pro ii (I've attached an image of the adapter). Since this is not a phase one back I'm worried they won't work together. So are the two brands compatible at all? Thanks!
