LED rig Flash-bulb replacement?

So As posted elsewhere i recently acquired an Argus C3, it has the flash, but it uses Flashbulbs which are expansive and hard to get. So I am looking at replacing the bulb with an LED rig. I can make the rig, but how many lumens dose a flashbulb make, at what color spectrum, and for how many milliseconds? I have one flashbulb that came with the camera but it doesn't have the box, so I don't know any of the information about it.

That would depend entirely on what type of bulb. Since B&W was the standard at that time, most of the bulb makers didn't worry too much about colour balancing, etc. I wouldn't bother with trying to replicate a flash bulb, but rather design the right with a dimmer and make some calculations using a light meter for what ever film speed and distance scenarios you envision.
