Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello. I feel as if this is a no brainer question and I'm pretty sure that I know the answer, but I would really appreciate some clarification.

I've been playing around with an old Canon AV-1 and I'd like to upgrade to a DSLR. Am I correct in thinking that I only need to purchase a body and a memory card because the accessories that I use with the AV-1 are still compatible with newer model cameras? I have several lenses and a flash that were purchased somewhere in the early eighties. Have the mounts been changed so that the lenses wouldn't fit? Also, will there be any effect on the quality of the photos taken with my old lenses on a new DSLR body? I've scanned the forums for answers but I'm still left a little bit fuzzy. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! :)

Correct AV-1 is FD mount. TO move into a Canon DSLR, you'll need to start your investment in EOS/EF mount lenses. This move was made several years ago prior to DSLR introduction.
