Let freedom ring in an e-flat

Olympus, flash, relatively slow shutter
This was a hard shot to get. The liberty bell is surrounded by ropes, so i had to reach my hand under and kind of guess where the shot had to be done, it took several tries and the guard was gettin pissy at me cuz I was reachin over the road, he thought I was gonna touch the bell (that is prohibited cuz the oils and salts from peoples hand cause it to deteriorate) But than god it wasnt behind glass or I wouldn't have gotten this shot.
Lemme know what you think about the perspective and other general comments. I am also proud of this shot so let me know anywhere I can improve it.

the focal length you chose and the composition (i guess you would consider framing to be the same thing) are both great. the shutter speed inhibited this shot though, as there is a hint of camera shake. there are many things that could be critiqued with this shot, but much of it i'm sure you had very little control over.
