Pick one or the other, or even both. Whether you want to make it seem dark, or surreal, is up to you. I just want to see what you can think of doing. ^^
Right, well me being new will go first This first one imagine it like an old photograph or postcard that has seen alot of wear. 1960s photography, off colours and such. Now this second one I wanted to make it look like it was an ink sketch. Enjoy.

Using PS, I imported a different sky and reflection on the water. I also adjusted the contrast a little for the original image to make it brighter to go along with a little brighter day.
I kind of went in a different direction instead of filters and such. I don't know, I'm a sporty kind of mood.
