Levels in GIMP

HI guys- need help, i can't find the option to open the level window in GIMP. I do as they say, right clik on the image, ofor a plugin, open image, levels etc.
BUT IT'S NOT THERE. I went to the plugin site to search for a plugin, could not find anything. Pls help me!

Layer -> Colors -> Levels
