Lichen Fountain

Took this shot on one of my walks. I was drawn to the simplicity of it. Critique, interpretations, suggestions, reminisces, and rants are welcome. Okay, maybe not the rants.

I like it. It's simplicity both in subject matter and color is excellent. Nicely done.

I really like this one. Perhaps I wish it were at a slightly more parallel angle to the top surface, but that is serious nit picking. The soft contrast between lichen and stone is pleasing, and the faucet's sheen draws attention nicely.

Thanks! I pass by every so often, so perhaps I'll try it with the more parallel angle at some point. Maybe in the spring, when the "debris" has changed a bit.
