Hey all!
Okay so I have my lightroom library on a small server running FreeNAS and a couple 2TB drives in a mirror. That's where my photos are stored, and the lightroom catalog, etc. But I also use lightroom on my MacBook Pro. I don't really do any photo editing on it, but I do sometimes like to review photos. Right now, it screws up the workflow if I try and import in Lightroom so I just copy the files to the MBP or an external drive when I'm 'out and about' shooting. But I'd love to be able to work in lightroom locally, then have lightroom put everything on the NAS when I get home.
Is there any way to do this? Is there any way in lightroom to make an off-site/on-site workflow where the main catalog is stored on a network drive possible?
