Lillies

Heya,

Was out doing some yardwork yesterday and decided to take a few shots of the orange lillies in my backyard. Here are a couple ^^

i like the composition and exposure in the first one... however the single blade of green leaf in the foreground is very distracting. the top right corner is empty, but not overly distracting.

the 2nd pic seems a bit overexposed and due to the headon nature of the shot, the flowers seem very 2d and flat.

i like the idea of the water droplets on the leaves though, and the colors are brilliant, my own personal taste would dictate shooting a few more shots at different angles and exposures to see what else you come up with, but it's a good idea
