Really like it vintage feel, vignetting works well too. This was shot with a film?

It was shot with a Lumix GF-1 with a Holga 25mm lens. Very little PP work was done on the photo- just basic cropping, and dodging and burning.

Mark, the extreme vignetteing is a by-product of the Holga lens. However, it can be controlled a bit by focusing and how close you are to your subject. For the most part, with this type of lens, what you get is pretty much what you get.

Really enjoy this but I think the vignette is as big strong and everything is blurry. Unless my eyes are bad :/

No, there is nothing wrong with your eyes. The image is intentionally soft.
