Maybe my eyes are playing games on me but it appears that your horizon line is a bit tilted, I did not check though. Also long exposures tend to due well with some sort of foreground elements to accentuate the motion otherwise it just looks like the water was calm. You should check out rotanimod's work...it is VERY impressive.
