Long Exposures: Advice/Critique Wanted

*I need some advice.

I like them overall.....but

#1 Pretty good. Just a little clean up at the top there to make the sky nice and black. You have just a little bit of lens flare at the top there. Nothing major

#2: I like the composition but the parking lot needs to go. Just a little crop here and there and that'll be fixed.

#3 & #4: I like #4 actually better because it shows more of the actual city and I'm personally a little distracted by the boulder (no pun intended) at the left of picture 3. The effect is very dramatic and I really like that effect too.
