looking for a new lens

hey everyone i am looking for recommendations on buying a new telephoto lens for my nikon D3200. i would like something that can reach out further than my 200mm. i plan on upgrading my camera to a full frame like the D800 or something like that in the future so i would also like it to work well with a camera like that. as far as price goes if possible id like to keep it under $800 thanks everyone.
