Looking for tips on removing rainspots

I've messed with the dust and scratches, but its far too powerful/harsh a tool (unless I'm using it wrong). However I'm sure there must be a way to perhaps reduce/remove these rainspots without having to click each one individually with a spot tool.

What function(s) did you use for that effect?

I wonder if they've comparable ones with Photoshop or at least how complex the process was for you to achieve that.

The fantabulous "Inpainting Tool" and the "Darken Clone Tool".

I threw out adobe so many years ago, I don't remember.
No complexity at all: point and click.
 
Ahh I was hoping for a more "use this automatic too to do all of them" :)

I can use built in tools like clone and spot heal to remove the dots one at a time, but I'm seeing if there's anything which can do it at a large scale in one go. Just to save large chunks of time.
