looking to buy Nikon Coolpix B700

Is Nikon Coolpix B700 is ok for the professional photography?
Thanks

Were you being serious?
Well, no. You'd be far better off, even with a lower end DSLR like a D3100/D3200, etc...
If you're for real, grab a D3100 & 35mm 1.8G at least, and take it from there.

I completely agree with @shadowlands

Get a D3100/D3200 with the 18-55 and pick up a nice prime lens like the 35 1.8 or the 50 1.8. You will be MUCH better off.

Now...what exactly do you mean by professional photography? Are you planning on doing portraits? events? selling prints?

Not so fast, there is someone on here that uses a point and shoot Canon SX50HS and has been posting some seriously great shots of birds. Just saying....
Strictly For The Birds
